Revenge is SWEET

And yes, I'm the guest but not so guest blogger of this b.l.o.g.

And no, I didn't compromise his blog account this time (Facebook yes, I admit).

But due to the fact that this blog has been inactive for several months? I decided that I should do something about it.

Forget about the previous entry. He's the emo one asking me to post on his blog now.

Now, the topic that I'm gonna blog about today is criticism.

As in, I'm gonna criticise him.... FOR ALL I LIKE! =p

1. His views on food is SUBJECTIVE! Don't listen to his reviews. The coffee was great.
2. The tomatoes aren't that sour. His taste buds went haywire.
3. He claims to say that he's happy (or rather) being unemployed. That's crap, he's stressed up.
4. He said that I'm emo. WOAHHHH, look who's talking baby.
5. He's biased! I see no photos of me. N O N E
6. I thought someone said that luxury goods were overrated? What's P.R.A.D.A?
7. I think he should blog more about himself. Food makes him hungry, all the time.
8. He said he won't be addicted to Frozen Throne. Now I regret introducing it to him.
9. He's too intimidating. All the girls are afraid of him. Blunt.
10. However, he's afraid of me. Don't bother denying.

Ok, enough said.

With this, I rest my case.

Nah, I was just teasing him. =)

Try to write a post longer than this Jeremy Lee. No, not about food.

DEBBIE CHIA

she's feeling emo that I only blog about food. So this is for her. Hah!

Review: Madame Sousou, Melbourne

Bloody good. Brekkie is definitely one of the better ones I've had in Melbourne (not that I've made it for breakfast much). Definitely go for the Sousou Breakfast, with scrambled eggs. Done to perfection.

The duck with bitter chocolate and orange sauce is another masterful piece of gastronomic indulgence. Beautifully executed as well.

Great place to go to with shopping at Bridge Road around the corner.

*skip the coffees. Wasn't up to scratch.

Recipe: Chicken & Chorizo Stew

*Season chicken with Paprika, Salt and Pepper before browning in the pan. I added mushrooms for more texture and flavour. I used a 2006 Jacob's Creek white wine. Don't take a shortcut with tinned tomatoes. I did and found it too sour for my liking. Adjust seasoning with a bit of sugar and freshly chopped chilli for extra oomph.

Graduation!

Hooray! I've cleared my last units for my undergrad. I'm now officially unemployed, which strangely enough I feel pretty good about. I shudder when I look at my GPA. It is hardly fantastic but I suppose I'll just have to make do as I start thinking about job applications.

But for now.. Hooray! Thank you to those who prayed for me and helped me through my university life. Another chapter closed and a new one beginning.

By the way, I shall make this blog 80% food-related from now on. I try too many recipes and I really should have some kind of archive for them before I forget what I've done. =)
